We had a new build in CT. Yukos was handling the HVAC. Unfortunately we had to part ways with our General Contractor while Yukos was 1/2 way done (no fault of Yukos whatsover).
Our new GC insisted on using their own subcontractors including for HVAC. Yukos handled themselves so professionally during the entire process. They guaranteed they would warranty and stand behind work they had done .... and they helped with the handoff so the new contractor could take over without wasting effort and stand by the completed system.
Their professionalism and quality of work in a difficult situation was incredibly impressive.
